B2058 - Extremely rare Scimitar Horns Oryx. Horns on frontlet. One new screw to aid refixing. Horn length 39.5" and 40.5". This Oryx was declared extinct in the wild in 2000 A.D. Effort being made now to reintroduce them in wild.  Article 10 certificate is included in purchase.  - £595

B2043 - Very big Gemsbok horns on skull by ROLAND WARD labelled and incised on reverse, has additional ink label reading "To Mr V.P. Jeffreys, Beaufort House?, from South Africa and presented by Newton H. Barton, S.A.C. 1913. Horn measurements 101 cms . Item came from sale of items from Wordsley Manor, Wordsley, Stourbridge.  Item was sold by the current owners/decendants, see photograph of history attached. -SOLD

THE FOLLOWING 19 LOTS AS DEPICTED IN THE PHOTOGRAPH TO THE LEFT ARE THE FENWICK COLLECTION AMASSED BY MRS ELSIE FENWICK WHO LIVED AT NORTH LUFFENHAM HALL IN RUTLAND, ENGLAND. The collection was later bought by Mrs. S. Piggott in 1948/49 and were on display at Stonecroft House, North Luffenham until 1986. After which went into storage in Stamford.
B964AA - This is a diary by Mrs. Elsie Fenwickwith husband Guy and brotherlaw Dick. Their Big Game shooting trip to British East Africa, B.E.A. (Kenya) in 1904-05.  The diary contains over 150 rare original photographs of their trip plus the day to day diary which makes interesting reading. (73 pages of typed diary) SOLD
